about us

Welcome!
Our Mission of Faith: This web site is presented in the spirit of the Roman Catholic tradition and is faithful to the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI. At Immaculate Heartworks, it is our hope that all who practice the Catholic faith may find inspirational and informative material to help develop or continue to strengthen, love and devotion to Our Blessed Mother - the Immaculate Mother of God - and mother of us ALL. As our Universal Mother welcomes all her children, we wish to welcome all visitors; Catholics and non-Catholics alike.

For anyone who would like to learn more about a particular subject mentioned on this site, especially those who are less familiar with the Catholic faith, please do not hesitate to send us your questions. We are happy to assist you in whatever way we can. And we welcome your feedback. Please browse our site and sign our guest book. See what other guests say about the site by viewing our feedback page.

Our Mission of Charity: St. Therese, the little Flower, teaches us that no little act of charity or sacrifice for the Glory of God is ever too small. With this in mind, Immaculate Heartworks (IHW), a not-for-profit group was created to do whatever part it could, great and small, to work and act in this same spirit of charity, to benefit those in need of charity. In addition to St. Theresa's influence, we are greatly inspired by Pope St. Pius X's Prayer to St. Joseph 'The Worker' (view prayer).

All proceeds from our products, services, and donations are given to our charities! This is possible because of volunteer contributors. And because we rely mainly on word of mouth to spread the news about our mission, not on expensive advertising. Everyone involved with our organization donates their time and talent to help us be successful.

Much of our focus to date has been in support of communities who have suffered tremendous loss as a result of war, such as in Bosnia, in the former Yugoslavia. Our funds have helped support families (and children orphaned by war) in need of food, and other basic necessities in addition to helping them rebuild a church. IHW has also become a sponsor for the Daughters of Mary, Queen Immaculate of Haiti who support an orphanage and are working to provide a clean water supply. However, since we believe charity begins at home, those in need within our U.S. communities also benefit. Immaculate Heartworks distributes proceeds as particular needs arise.

Our Name. Immaculate Heartworks was chosen because of our affinity to Our Blessed Mother. And in recognition of her apparitions at Fatima, Portugal when she gave us 'God's Peace Plan' for the world, disclosing God's wishes that all His children become Consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Therefore, it is also our intent to provide information on our site as well as, links to other sites which promote and work to disseminate Our Lady's requests - at Fatima, Medjugorje, and other apparition sites where Our Holy Mother has repeatedly asked for this consecration. Because the victory which 'Our Lady of the Rosary' spoke of at Fatima, will be brought by Mary. Pope John Paul II said in Crossing the Threshold of Hope, "Christ will conquer through her, because he wants the Church's victories now and in the future to be linked to her."

Dedication. Our site is dedicated to Our Blessed Mother! It was her call which led us to this work. We sincerely wish to thank her for the many blessings and graces she obtains for us from God, that we may continue to support those in need.
